eModule 3 - Communication eLearning Module

In this Models for Management eModule, participants receive a guided interactive eLearning experience.

Participants will:
- Complete a short self-assessment of their communication style using the Johari Window.
- Interactively experience and react to different communication styles in action.
- Learn about the Johari Window of communication.
- Learn about the Achieving Manager Study and communication strategies used by High Achieving Leaders.
- Explore underlying motives that may be at the root of a less effective communication styles.
- Learn strategies to improve their communication style and model the communication practices of High Achieving Leaders.
- Be introduced to tools they can use at work to practice a more effective communication style.
- Set tangible and measurable goals related to improving communication.

Participants emerge with:
- An awareness of their current communication style.
- An understanding and appreciation for how that style effects productivity and interpersonal relationships.
- Clear strategies and tools to improve communication.
- A printed copy of goals and plans of action to improve communication style.
- A printed journal of their experience, reactions, assessments, and notes.
- Supplemental printed reference materials.

- Time to Complete: 1.5 - 2.5 hrs of content depending on individual learning pace.
- Participant Access: Participants are set up with a user name and password and given access to our Online University. There is no IT investment needed to run our eLearning modules. Please contact us with participant information after purchase.
- Blended Learning: Used by training professionals and coaches as part of a blended learning program with groups or individuals. Live facilitated individual or group work-session is conducted following the participant(s) completion of the eModule in classroom or via distance learning methods.
- PowerPoint and Leader's guide: Available to those completing our Train-the-Trainer certification via distance learning.
- Instructor Access and Tracking: Instructor access to our LMS for participant tracking and reporting is available for those who complete our Train-the-Trainer certification via distance learning.
